Bridgete Molina, LMSW
Therapist/Director of Community Engagement
I am deeply committed to helping individuals improve their mental health and well-being. I have been trained in a range of evidence-based psychotherapy techniques, as well as in the social and systemic factors that impact our mental health. My passion for this work comes from a deep belief in the power of human resilience and the potential for growth and healing, even in the face of significant challenges. I believe that therapy can be a transformative experience for individuals, helping them to develop greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and the skills they need to navigate life’s ups and downs. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their inner worlds, develop new insights and perspectives, and ultimately, cultivate greater meaning and fulfillment in their lives.
